I ordered a product on April 13th, which I paid in full, and when it had to arrive at the recipient (my parents) on April 15th, I requested a redirection of the product to another destination (to me) for more than objective reasons. Today we are on April 25 and it didn't reach me !!! I called evomag, I gave them about 3-4 emails, about 4-5 messages on the messenger .... NOTHING !!! I do not recommend this store !!!
