whats was once a good isp based in WA is now a heartless corporation that will run you around until you are driven to write a negative comment like this on their Location!!!

what a TOTAL AND EPIC FAIL in transferring my connection...
the worlds worst customer experience with hours and hour spent on hold, failure to return calls on time, MULTIPLE TIMES and complete ineptitude...

i feel sorry for the staff that continue to work at this place and wish they would all resign at once to WAKE UP THIS COMPANY

DONT NOT SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT anything resembling service or satisfaction ...

only wish i had the patience to detail here the bumbling mess of the past few weeks so others can avoid the same DREADFUL EXPERIENCE!
