As a senior I was extremely happy with the efforts all members of iiNet made helping me with my connection. My home phone also disconnected requiring a new modem and wiring but we eventually got there. Everyone was very patient with my slow reaction. I am pleased to be back on track. It was my own inhibitions that delayed the process. Once I had a closer look at what was required, put aside my trepidation and contacted someone, it took no time at all. Thank you iiNet .
