Sule Shangri-la Hotel has always been consistent in providing us with excellent service and exceeding our expectations ever since. Compared to my last stay, which had been a while ago, I'd say that they even got better! The staff were fantastic! You could really see their geunine heart for service. Not to mention their warmest smiles that really made me feel so welcomed. I was also very impressed with their very high regard for thier guests' privacy. My stay had been nothing short of amazing! Kudos to everyone in the team! Well done! Keep it up for this is what truly sets you apart from all other hotels in different parts of the world that I've stayed in! GOD bless!
