This is the best restaurant in all Taiwan. 100% red-blooded American experience.

2/19 update. I gotta praise this place a second time. The staff is so willing and excited to accommodate anyone/group if they can. The owner is the nicest man ever and his pecan pie rivals my grandmother's! You gotta check it out !
