I was looking at a Toyota Supra they had for sale, and I was in talks with them back and fourth trying to get some of the paperwork I needed for the loan company since it was a branded title. They couldn't provide me with the correct paperwork which in turn couldn't let me process the loan. About a month and a half later I called asking about the Supra again and they told me it was sold but was still listed everywhere... a few days later I find the car on cargurus by another Salt Lake City dealership... not professional, not helpful, and didn't go out of their way to close the deal as I am deployed. It seemed like it was too much work for them..
