Can't say enough good things about these folks
They were transparent, communicative, prompt, polite, never pressured me on any aspect of the experience...
Car was ready, clean, and ready for test driving by the time I got there (I was 10 minutes early)

Matt, Tracy, Mario, can't remember his name but he did my trade in (for a price that was totally fair) for me, will edit in later, David(who did the detailing) were excellent, attentive, professional, and made me feel comfortable, no rush, no bull****. very efficient. I was driving away in the new car within 2 hours of making the decision. Great people, love my new car, will go to them again. Tracy got me an amazing rate and a full warranty for WAY less than i thought, he's one of the most effective, personable people i've ever dealt with professionally.

I've never felt better about a car purchase in my life (this is my 8th car purchase)

NOTE:
my new car is a branded title, I was driving an 2010 335i for 6 years and was terrified of getting a new car that was even more expensive to maintain. The new car now has a full warranty that mirrors the original so i'm good for the next few years, you'd NEVER know the thing had a branded title, this car is PERFECT.
