Cons:
You can hear the nightclub in your room, vibrating your windows. You can even hear it on the 9th floor.
Air conditioning didn't work properly.
Water temperature in shower fluctuating from warm to boiling hot.
No kettle, not enough milk for tea/coffee.

Pros:
Nice pool areas
Good food at the restaurant
Good service

We would probably recommend you stay elsewhere. The hotel's focus is on the amenities rather than the rooms and room facilities. Rooms have been renovated but have some fundamental problems. They value their nightclub patrons over their hotel guests. We received good service from the staff. OK location, decent walk to the main part of Waikiki.
