I went on a semi emergent case. I had no appointment, however they were able to squeeze my cat in for what we feel is a UTI. I waited 5 1/2 hours for the doctor to see him, but they see so many animals that I can't complain about the wait. Everyone was so nice. Even if you do not have a pet, think about donating, for they do so much for your pet no matter of your status. Thank you
