Stayed here on a Thursday through Saturday. When I got into the hotel I was hit with a hotel fee. Be aware when booking through trip advisor or other sites Because it is NOT all inclusive and you will be made to pay 20+ dollars extra a night. I had no problems with lines but other waited for hours. After I checked my room the window was open- February in NYC, how crazy!- I had to call to have it closed. That night the toilet stopped working and wouldn't flush. It started working again in the morning. That same morning I went to take a shower and the water was brown from rusted out pipes. That evening I came back into my room and it was 86 degrees. Had to call to have them reopen window. I went into the bathroom and there was a mud like substance splattered all over the walls and shower. Turns out it was from the sewage pipes that the plumber didn't clean up after he was done in my room. I was looking for a cheap hotel but after getting hit with the hotel fee I was better off staying in a 4-5 star hotel. Do not recommend this place for the price. I've stayed in motel 6's and hostels that were nicer. Rip off. Highly dissatisfied. The only good thing is the location. Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I promise you won't regret it.
