Excellent stay
As a general rule, in Les Arcs, pay attention to accessibility to load / unload the car and park as easily as possible on each trip!
The Hero Club and most of the activities are in Arc 1850 (accessible only by road, on the other side, by shuttle bus or car, then public parking and walking ... do not be in a hurry to accompany children to the club and activities)
Few restaurants open in the evening on 1600
The Roc Belle Face residence = breathtaking view! each apartment faces the valley
Advice: If you do not want to have to struggle with luggage (as very often read in comments) do not skimp and rent your parking space easily accessible and directly by elevator in the residence.
The lot lived up to the description. Pleasant bedding (but why ask us to leave the mattresses on the beds when we leave on our arrival traces on the mattresses and hair of the previous occupants). Very spacious rooms which can accommodate one or even two additional children's beds. Sufficient storage in each bedroom. The accommodation is announced as 2 bedrooms, we had a pleasant surprise when we discovered an independent mountain corner, 2 "cabin" beds with built-in wardrobe and with their own window. Or 3 bedrooms instead of 2. Also 1 bathroom with WC AND 1 shower room, 1 separate WC. Beautiful construction in which we enjoy staying even in bad weather.
Kitchen area lacks light in this space
Very practical, a laundromat is available in the residence (washing products included).
Swimming pool a bit small. ... We spent our leisure time in Arcs 1800, including "La Piscine" with included in the entrance ticket access to the indoor SPA area and its large bay windows with a magical view of the mountain ...

The residence is huge and well-kept, the staff are attentive and take note of your needs (apartment cleaning to be reviewed on arrival ... a call to reception = a lady who comes quickly for repairs)
Fortunately the manager and his staff are very competent, available and helpful
The strict but fair manager, very responsive and attentive, knows how to defuse any situation without delay, with diplomacy. While naturally pampering its clientele of owners
With a relaxed air, he is the privileged and competent interlocutor of this large residence.
In conclusion We had an excellent stay in this residence, an excellent 15-day stay and we recommend the Roc Belle face to enjoy the calm of the mountains.
