The facility is really nice, no complaints, but the customer service desk is a joke especially in the evening. No real adults in charge, just obnoxious college girls who treat it like their own private locker room. Constantly running their mouths with word gumbo or watching The Office on the computer. They don't greet you when you enter and say nothing when you leave. If you need them to do anything, they are totally put out. Just "schitt" attitudes. Perhaps a refresher in customer service would be helpful or stop hiring the same type. Just a thought. I would give the facility itself 5 stars.
