The guy in the front shop is not very helpful. Their was a lady in her 70's with a broken laptop in front of me and she wanted a quote for a new screen, he advised her to email through to the office out the back for a quote and that she would need to include her laptop model etc in the email. This lady seemed very disappointed/confused and kept asking for a quote from the shop, I guess not everybody enjoys/understands emailing technical specs through - which is why people choose to come in store... This same guy sold me a pc for my business which I specifically said that it needs to be fast as I already have 2 slow computers, it needs to handle multiple reservation systems, emails, photo and video editing, website design etc. and this bloody computer stalls on basic windows programs when any more than 3 things are open at once. It can't pick up the Bluetooth devices very well, whilst my phone and watch can. This guy wasn't particularly friendly and when I tried to really get into the nitty gritty details to understand if the computer will work without problems his response was "I am fairly new here, I don't really know, I use to own a business in Melbourne with my wife".
