Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.
Male team member was really rude to the three females in the room - really condescending.

Lady on the phone kept telling me to speak to conceirge but conceirge werent at the front when I needed to speak to someone in reg to parking.

weird stain on bed too looked like blood? Was horrible would never recommend staying here again.

We left early and found accodomdation elsewhere.
