Nu Roofing did my roof 5 months ago and my roof is now leaking. Zico McBean is the owner, he won t answer my calls, he told me to get someone else to fix it and he refuses to honor the 5 year warranty. I wish I could give 0 stars, he doesn t even deserve 1 star!!!! The roof was almost $12,000 dollars and now my home has damage from his shady work that is going to cost me no telling how much money to repair. The warranty he gives is completely useless and he is a complete fraud. His business card address goes to the Euless post office and the office number does not work, it s somebody else s cell phone number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He cuts corners, he does shady work, he doesn t honor his warranty, and he will tell you to find someone else when you have problems from his incompetent work. He is not licensed or accredited with the BBB. I had to find out the hard way. Let your Home Owners use one of their roofers so your roof will be covered if you have problems later. I wish I had known this before. If anyone else is having issues too please make a complaint with the BBB and on the Texas Attorney General website. The Texas AG has an easy complaint form online and it is meant to stop scammers like Zico McBean and to protect consumers. You may also consider hiring a DTPA Attorney as well depending on the extent of damage you have.
