Few weeks ago the BC insurance company network was down for almost 48 hours and no dealership in BC was able to sale a vehicle. I had a car in my mind and Capilano VW in North Vancouver had it. Knowing that I am about 80 KM away from home With no vehicle to drive home Ali graciously accept to let me drive the courtesy vehicle until the insurance company network is back up and next day he text me to let me know that everything is back to normal and I can go to North Vancouver.
That helped me to get home and have a car for that 24 hours gap.
