Poor customer service AND they said they for the people I went to two sections of they classes I understand it was some years back . I requested for a copy CERTIFICATE or a letter of completed dates for a very important reason and the director told me we ain't got no records from no 2010 or 2011 just 2012 and up I really need they help and it's not for a bad reason she told she can't help me SMH i was very upset but you know what that's or GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY.
