After waiting for 2 hours in A&E, I asked how much...

After waiting for 2 hours in A&E, I asked how much longer and was told I'd been called 3 times. As with most receptionists, saying they're wrong was most frowned upon and I had to start the process of waiting again. Absolute shambles.
