If you have an emergency then I recommend going to Western Carolina Regional Animal Hospital. My little pup nearly died due to the neglect of this place. After being attacked by another dog, I brought him here because he was in desperate need of care. They checked his vitals, put him in a bed, and left us waiting in the lobby for 3 hours at 11pm before saying they were too busy to do xrays or other tests so they'd keep him overnight. They released him the next day with "soreness and fractured ribs". He got worse over the next few days until unable to get up. I rush him to his regular vet to find out that his ribcage is actually crushed on one side and his lung filled with blood. I had to take him to Greenville to get emergency surgery and ended up paying nearly $5k to save his life. All of this would've been avoided had REACH taken the time to give him proper care and inspection. Not to mention how crazy their prices are and unreal their markup on medication is. I will NEVER take another animal here.
