This is an update to an original review I did at Christmas. It was nice, 5 star at Christmas. NOW, we stayed in a room with stains on bedspread. I had to ask for another and the tub water wouldnt go down. It was standing water in the tub because the plug wouldnt stay open me bl .. Oh and if you have pets, avoid, avoid, avoid! We were not told ANYWHERE in our reservation about any pet fee. In December, we were not charged. They blindside us at check-in with these new pet fees blaming Wyndham for buying them out and yet not giving any time for turnover to new ownership and honoring the old until sufficient notice is unethical and illegal. THEN, I get a call halfway through a hair appointment saying guests are complaining about my dogs barking. I told them they have bark collars on. What do you expect me to do? I have just as much of a right to be there as anyone else. What an inconvenience. I immediately went after my appointment, canceled the rest of the reservation and booked elsewhere. The management is rude and their practices and the way they treat people is what'll cause their business to dwindle.
