I have checked into this hotel after flying from singapore and Tanalot about 9 pm . We had our dinner and went to the room at 11 .30 . Pm . I was allowed room 1172. We unpacked our baggage and hit the bed as we were up from 5 am . I noticed the room was getting warmer and tried to keep the temperature at 10 degrees and made the AC to maximum and waited. Nothing worked till half an hour last midnight. I called house keeping , operator and guest relations reportedly and there we no one picked up the phone all these numbers are listed on the dial pad . Since i was tired we slept off and got up at 6 next Morning and went to reception and complained that no one is picked the phone ..she said in should call 4204. There is no such thing available in the room mebtioneing the number. Again we left for the days trip and came back in the afternoon to check the AC was working. Since it was not working again. I called the house keeping and he tured up and looked the blower and said pump is gone and cannot be repaired. I told him to inform the reception and he said he has spoken and they will change the room . After that my repeated call to reception was getting no response as they said they don't know anything. I lost my cool and and said this is enough and atlast they said yes they have put a note and room will be available for me to shift after 8 pm . I went to the lobby and called for the manager and repeated what all has tapped. She was apologetic bit siad there is no mesaage that ac in the room was not working and she need to speak to house keeping and also to find feom record why no one answered..she spoke to me that they had allowed another room with difficulty as though they were doing me a favour. My repeated stress that i have paid good Amount of money to stay in a nice room and to have break and have good vacation. I had to pack my things and again unpack into the new room allotted and settle late in the night by 10 .30 pm

In short the property is huge and beautiful but there is big issue of attitude and may be they are not concerned about the guests as they have huge clientale. I would not stay again nor i would recommend to my friends as I said before
