This place is a dump on the water! The onsite management is great however limited to the resources provided to them by the lackluster bottom feeder owners! Recently they did add in a few upgrades which is the reason for giving them one star instead of no stars. Upgrade #1 modern architectural design of stacked 2 x2 pavers which is great for urban hop scotch on the water. Upgrade #2 brought to you by Sun Setter shades on dock were the tin roof covers your boat and latterly wraps around the boat providing extra protection for those on dock I . Upgrade #3 railing access that touches your boat for easy access on and off! Upgrade #4 easy access to your neighbors boat with 3 clearance between docks. Upgrade #5 submarine lift access. Upgrade #6 full voicemail box for service requests. Upgrade #7 no need for a gym pass as you will have to walk a mile to your boat and or possibly have to swim to it depending if the main ramp works. Upgrade #8 free shock therapy with live wires in the water. Upgrade #9 free investment planing provided by the owners. Upgrade #10 free boat disposal if you want your boat to be sunk. Upgrade #11 modern touching roof experience between docks. Upgrade #12 soft touch wooden access bridges between docks made out of recycled tooth picks.
