We worked with John Drewitz for our purchase of a 2014 CPO E350 4matic sedan. This was our first Mercedes-Benz, and John's knowledgeable about the vehicles, features, and options was very helpful to us. John was courteous and professional throughout the entire process of selecting the best model, identifying an excellent CPO vehicle with the features we wanted, handling a trade, and completing the transaction. Jules Bacsa helped us through the vehicle delivery process by demonstrating the numerous E350 features and pointing us to online information resources. Especially for a first time Mercedes-Benz buyer, there is a significant amount to absorb. Even though I had downloaded and scanned through the E350 and technology owner manuals prior to the purchase, Jules' instruction was very valuable for us.
