This bistro tucked in a corporate building makes some killer panini and gourmet sandwiches. Although the Veggie Panini with pesto and ciabatta wasn't featured on the menu, it was challenging to place a simple order. I wanted to customize the veggie sandwich with a couple of minor alterations - subbing out the pita for ciabatta and fig balsamic for pesto. The staff refused at first and after a couple of rounds of explanations, they finally understood and complied with the request. The end result was well worth it!

The scrumptious veggie panini with fresh mozzarella cheese and a heap of veggies stuffed between fresh basil pesto and fluffy toasted ciabatta bread was bursting with flavor in every bite. My hubby enjoyed the Bistro sandwich with Roasted Chicken and Bacon, which was cooked fresh on the grill. The crispy fries looked very tempting, next time! Sadly, they don't come with a sandwich.

There were some grab and go vegetarian HoneyFlower Foods pasta bowls and salads that looked appetizing, but just couldn't fork $12+ for a prepared meal. Would opt for a fresh sandwich instead. Great lunch spot to grab a sub!
