Jeff Pollard was our sales person, and he did a marvelous job. He brought the test vehicle to our home and answered our questions with ease and confidence. Jeff even brought the new car to us when it was ready so we could finish the paperwork at home. We have a 5 year old and 5 month old. It was a real pleasure working with Jeff.

The negative experience we took away from the event was having to deal with Erik Birmingham, the sales manager. He talked at us rather than to us, and he offended my wife by talking to her like she was the "little lady" during negotiating. He is the classic reason why car salesmen get a bad reputation. I hope I do not need to deal with him the next time I need a car, but Jeff was a joy to work with and we are hahppy with the car.
