So expected better from 4 star hotel and De vere. Get to the room which had an amazing view of the lake but the room stunk. Turns out the maids hadn't bothered to change the mattress cover and it was a stink of sweat from some previous guest. Was offered to change room but visiter these and they stunk too! had the sheets and cover changed the day after! Our Room had cracks in the plaster board and the corridors didn't look like they were cleaned (all this even though there was a sticker on your room saying they were going the extra mile re covid!) Hotel in need of a damp good overhaul and redecorate. Doubt ill be visiting again
