We ve been using Direct Communications for the past 9 years. Their prices are great, and they ve always been helpful if we re having internet issues (which were usually from our cheap routers). Since buying a better quality router we ve only lost the internet a couple of times, and Direct Communications was great about getting it back up running again quickly.
