On professional people they state that is not a temp for a debt collection. Claims that the office I called was a lawyers office but with the experience I have in collections they know minimal about limon laws that protect consumers and carnect acts as well hope I do see them at a small claims court and beat the case on that, mom and pops agency once I'm there I will be reporting to the better business bureau and hope they do something. just to help people like myself but other that been treated wrong. Hope everyone in that office that calls them self professionals can get the right training or fired because off how the approach customers hope your corporate company can be charged for missed conduct with the better business bureau or even closed down for how they treat the people.
