Hotel had a nice looking interior and decent rooms...

Hotel had a nice looking interior and decent rooms, but there were several issues.

Balconies had no furniture and were occupied partly by the ac unit. Room service options were not great, bathroom drains were very slow (possibly clogged). Elevators were impossibly slow to the point where you couldn't get on them because so many people were waiting for multiple passes. Elevators assigned to groups of floors during high traffic periods instead of loading up on high floors and then stopping in every floor even though the elevator was full

Tea gallery is confusingly a bunch of conference rooms named after tea instead of a tea shop. (So multiple people fall for that one) rooftop restaurant/pool is really a mid-level terrace with an indoor pool.
