Great experience with great customer service 50% of the time.

The front office staff (Butler service) were exceptional, they listen to your needs and make you feel at easy throughout your stay they were both friendly and talkative.

However...

The restaurant staff who lacked any customer service ability would often forget your order, have no or little knowledge of their own menu, these things could be looked over if they looked like they actually cared about your experience, they seemed like they had been on the island for far too long and wanted to escape on next available boat.

This was bought to the managements attention who then reacted with a quick and genuine response, we left with huge smiles as they had promised the restaurant staff would be looked at and trained accordingly for future customers, if TAj is able to pull this off I believe they would be at 100% customer satisfaction.
