Updated review: I have changed my review to 4 stars based on followup a couple days later from the manager who took care of our situation. I appreciate the time he took to take care of us and take accountability for the team. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how you handle those mistakes that's important. THAT is the kind of service I would expect from an Acura dealership. Thanks for taking care of us and our service.

I called 45 minutes prior to my service apt and asked to confirm the address and told the girl I had a 12:00 apt. I arrive at 12 to be told that the power is out and they can't service my vehicle. So, I took a half day at work for this, drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told they can't service my vehicle but that I can wait for the power to go back on so they can complete my 2-2.5 hr service. No thank you! Now I needed to do it all over again another day, take another half day. They should have called and rescheduled my apt or the woman I spoke to confirming the address should have informed me.
