I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the quality and professionalism shown by the install team. They truly went well beyond what I expected. The house is a custom mid century home with site built clear mahogany window trims. The shapes and design of the existing trim is unlike anything I ever seen before, so I expected some compromise on the appearance of the new trims installed. But I am stunned that the new pieces will milled on-site to exactly match the old ones, making the new windows look like they were installed when the house was built in 1957. The lead installer (Lincoln) continually checked in with me to make sure I understood the process, and that it would be completed to a very high standard. Yes, the windows are expensive, but we got more than what we paid for. I would never consider anyone else for future projects.
