If at all possible, make reservations for the "Beermaster Tour"! Even for someone like me who doesn't really drink beer, it's an impressive behind-the-scenes look at an efficiently run factory. You feel like a VIP as your small group is walked past all the other riff-raff in the lobby and enter the "employee only" door and head up to a room with plush sofas. From there, you are able to enter each of the main buildings and see everything from huge vats of beer to the clydesdales' stables. Definitely worth finding time for this tour if you're in town!
