I called them and ask them what they can do for customers during covid19. 50% credit to one bill was their answer.
We were out of business for two months so we didnt use there service and yet just 50% refund for a small business with under 12 employees.
I was hoping for a at least a month credit and it would be amazing if they credit two months.
On there website they claim to care and helping with the community but it sounds bogus.
Anyways i attached my chat with their customer service person. I redline his name because he is just following policy and didnt want to hurt his reputation.
