Awful experience with Finishline. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift 2 weeks before the holidays and paid the expedited 2 day shipping. They never arrived despite stating delivered a day early.. then a couple days later finishline emails me that the shoes are arriving next day.. they did not. Whatever reason finishline thought it would be a bright idea to turn off chat and email customer service "due to the holiday volumes." So only leaving things to your call center staff and limiting hours is the best move when support need is most increased? I work too I don't have an hour to wait on the phone during my shift to talk tonsomeone.. it took nearly a month to get any sort of assistanc . Was advised 3-5 business days for a refund and on the 9th business day I was 3 more . Never buying from this company any.
