The "patient service reps" are without authority t...

The "patient service reps" are without authority to do anything. They do not respond to direct questions merely rattle off some sort of company line. They never seem to return phone calls. Getting through to them takes forever. Their field reps NEVER answer their phones and leave you on hold before even offering voicemail. It takes three to six weeks to make an appointment (at least in my area). Things mailed to them seem never to arrive.

This organization should not be allowed to administer public funds! Absolutely shocking!!
