My loan has been in default for a long time and I have been in wage garnishment for about a year. I stayed in garnishment even though I couldn t afford it because I did not want to talk to anyone there.

In the past, I have worked with incredibly rude people who would not listen to me at all. It was so frustrating.

Today, I got up the nerve to call and was connected to Carlos A. He listened to me and helped me to come up with a solution. Words cannot explain how horrible this has been so to have someone truly help me was a relief. I just wanted to let you know he is amazing and so professional, it was a joy to work with him. I feel so relieved and it is all because of him.

People always say when they have bad customer service, but I wanted to take this opportunity to share my wonderful experience.
