There s been a lot of hype for this restaurant since they got a Michelin star but the food has been going downhill since we ve visited last year. They don t take reservations and the wait on a Saturday evening was 2 hours for a bar or kitchen seat for 2. We ordered the rigatoni pasta and family style beef brisket. The pasta was overwhelmed by the excessive amount of cheese so we couldn t really taste the pasta. My favorite dish here used to be the beef brisket but today s brisket was like a fatty sirloin. It was dry and chewy despite the fat. I think any bbq restaurant can do a better job with the brisket. For $36, the dish was a big disappointment. Service is the only good thing left about this place.
