The worst. Ignored in restaurant for 40 minutes. ...

The worst. Ignored in restaurant for 40 minutes. No take out allowed anywhere in hotel. 40 minutes to check in. Reservation screwed up. Room was freezing. Front desk lied in my face. Difficult to resolve anything. Parking does make sense. Staff was argumentative and ill mannered
