Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order on Oct 19 , 2020 that was supposed to ship in 5 to 7 days. They are just a middle man, no stock. They will promise to get back to you, but they don't. Ordered was finally received November 10. No screws for the latches I ordered. Contacted them immediately to request they be overnighted. Told "no", they have to contact manufacturer. Do yourself a favor DO NOT order from them. Save yourself a lot of aggravation.

I was not a "potential customer". I was a customer that purchased over $600 in cabinet hardware. Today is November 21. I never received screws!!!
