They recently took over management of a building where we bought a property. High fees and terribly organised admin. Had so many correspondences back and forth with several different employees trying to give them basic instructions, and to confirm payments. They even threatened us with debt collectors even though the fee was paid we had tried to chase them to confirm it! We keep getting redirected to different people and have no idea who the correct point of contact should be.
