To Mitch Ross: We usually would have put that they were Very courteous and got the job done in a timely manner, but day before yesterday, when I came in for an oil change and to have two filters on, all was fine, until I was about a couple miles down the road, driving home started noticing a very weird sound on the passenger side, which sounded like it was straight down from the hood, where the cab filter might have been replaced as I asked. I picked up my wife, and she said it was a horrible noise under about where she sits. As we turned a corner, she said something flew out or off, but we stopped down the road to see what if anything we could see, but could not see anything, but now know it was probably a couple of bolts which evidently was not tightened on the new Cab filter(anyway hoping we got a new cab filter?), so we drove on the back roads back to the Quick Lane at Sill-Terhar Motors and pulled in and a fellow came out and took it back in and had a tech get under there and yes, I guess the bolts were gone as he said, they put two new bolts on and we left. I think you need to really have your techs check and re-check all they do, not to have this scary sounding thing happen to someone else. Hopefully next time, we can give you guys an A+
