What a bad society, not worthy of a star!

What a bad society, not worthy of a star!
Car insurance taken out online paid directly via iDeal. However, the sale was canceled, so insurance was immediately canceled. Receipts sent. I have now been in contact 3 times and it is now clear that I can expect the premium payment back in early 2021. Insurance taken out on October 28, 2020.
