Our A/C has just gone out AGAIN...on this warm eve...

Our A/C has just gone out AGAIN...on this warm evening in our family home of 2 adults & 2 girls of age 2 & 8! - After United installed a new compressor nearly ONE YEAR AGO! That unit went dead on us literally on July 4th, 2018! And the following days until they received the part was horrendous!
However, in this instance...United Heating & Cooling came to our aid fast!
After leaving a message with Joey (the service manager), he called me back this afternoon. We spoke momentarily about our A/C dying on us last night. Joey was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take care of us within his ability. He informed me that he d have someone out to our house late this evening, and would be willing to take care of us. We truly appreciated that.
Brad (the field manager) arrived to us within the hour! - Quite early! Brad was very understanding, experienced, and neighbor-next-door friendly! He diagnosed our A/C, and discovered the stock capacitor was bad. He didn t simply replace the capacitor with another stock capacitor from his truck. No, he replaced the stock capacitor with an upgraded turbo capacitor that has a 5 yr. warranty.
They DO care about their clientele!
When I tell you...that United came through for my family...in the hottest month of the year...it s NOT a lie nor exaggeration!
