I have been working with Kristina Higgins ever since I purchased my vehicle back in 2017. I am actually tearing up typing this, because no one knows how good she has been to me. Her kindness, throughness, diligence and patience has supersede my expectations of what a Service Advisor is. I was on the fence of trading my vehicle in to purchase a new one from a different dealer, but I did not and will not. The kind of service Kristina provides is very hard to come pass. To whoever reads this post, If you need someone to talk to about your vehicle, provide you excellent customer service and overal make you feel important talk to Kristina Higgins. I have watch how others provide customer service and I have seen some who care as well, but Kristina goes above and beyond tremendously! Kristina, may God continue to bless you in all your endeavors, bless your family and everyone who comes in contact with you. Again, I thank your for everything you have done. Be blessed!
