Worse it ever been. I had a credit with Westley because of a flight cancelation last year and needed to rebook. Queues are 3-4 hours when you call. When you finally get through to someone you get transferred and back in queue or the line disconnects. When I finally got through to someone that would help me, my file was "dormant" and they had to put in a request to get it back in the system and that takes 24 hrs so you have to call back. If you don't call back or get through within 3 days the file goes dormant again. When I finally got all I needed lined up, I was charged extra for the difference in flight, yet the new flights are cheaper. When I questioned why the charge I was told that the base fee and taxes are separate and it a difference in taxes which is also incorrect because the taxes on the new flight are also lower, you can see it in the breakdown but I didn't argue it too long seeing as if we "accidentally" got disconnected again it would be a nightmare to get back through. And then there's another standard $45 rebooking fee that flightnetwork charges. I was completely unimpressed and exhausted and will never use their services again. I used to like them but I think they got bought out and they're no good anymore!
