Excellent service from Southgate VW, especially from Richard Yu. I'd recommend him to everybody. He is not pushy, very humorous, at the same time very reachable and professional. I never see a salesman like him he always work hard and do his best to get the best deals and prices for me. I've bugged him many times with details, but he never had any problem helping me out. He is so helpful and patient with my questions. Very welcoming environment overall at Southgate VW. I love my black Tiguan now. Thanks so so so much for Richard
