Bought a 2012 beetle here 2.5 months ago. Part of the agreement(on paper) they were to order and replace the passenger side window motor and truck latch at there cost for parts and labor, 2.5 months and still waiting! The first finance guy we dealt with was awesome but we had to come back the next day and had to deal with someone else. Arrogant and pompous is the best way to describe him, after we sign papers then all of a sudden "Oh could you put an extra $1400 down?" Almost walked out right then and there. Overall very poor experience there!!
