Ordered through online system, simple, just a 9" p...

Ordered through online system, simple, just a 9" pizza and a dinner salad, at 7:00 pm. Received an email saying the food would be ready at 7:30pm. Arrived at 7:30pm but food was not ready until 7:50pm. And then when I got the order home, live 4 minutes away, the pizza was cold. And by the way, a 9" pizza is really 8", I measured it. Another restaurant to strike off the list...
