I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Milford Auto Group that included a trade in. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. From the first time I called, to when I drove off the lot (and subsequent follow ups to make sure that I am happy with the purchase) it was top notch. Our Sales Consultant, Jordan, was very personable, knowledgeable, respectful, asked the right questions (and listened) and most importantly was not pushy. Mary, the Finance Manager, made the paperwork process very easy! I highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to refer anyone to Jordan. Overall, an excellent experience and I look forward to doing more business in the future!
